Gretchen Hudgens moved to Park City 11 years ago from the Maldives, where she ran the spa for the One & Only Reethi Rah. Fifteen years in the global luxury hospitality industry has aided in her ability to work with discerning clients from all over the world. Gretchen’s extensive and diverse experience, both in hospitality and marketing give her a unique perspective and ability in the luxury real estate industry.

At her previous brokerage, Gretchen was the top-producing agent. She has proven herself as a formidable agent in the Park City market brokering both residential and commercial land deals. For Gretchen it is paramount to provide exemplary service, as evident in the fact that her business is based on more than 80 percent referrals from her satisfied clients. She enjoys helping clients navigate the distinct neighborhoods throughout the area, finding the perfect place to call home.

Even though Gretchen grew up in Colorado and continues to keep a place in Vail, it is the community feel of Park City that Gretchen fell in love with and why over a decade later she chooses to continue to call it home.

Gretchen sits on the Board of Directors for the Board of Realtors, on the Legislative Committee, RPAC Committee, Affordable Housing Committee and the Safety Committee and graduated from University of Colorado with a degree in Marketing and Business. When she’s not working with clients, you can find her enjoying the mountains and soaking in the sun.
